Q. Are your photos copyrighted?

    A. Yes all photos are copyrighted, The "Free Downloads" have a logo on the bottom but allow you to share the images on all social media sites including your personal website. A limited use copyright release may be able to be  purchased for special purposes such as advertisements on social media outlets and websites. A commercial copyright release can also be purchased, this will allow printing and commercial products such as clocks, puzzle's blankets ETC. Please contact us on the cost. Most photo products we do offer but  may be not listed on the site.

Q. Do i have to pay online?

   A. No, we understand that you may not trust online purchases so there is a Pay via check option at checkout. But please be advised that no work will be done until the check is received. We do not keep or ask for any financial information on this site.  We use Paypal to process all online sales. Our experience with online purchases is that they are safer than putting your card in a gas pump.

Q. I do not have a Paypal account how do i pay online?

   A. You do not need a paypal account to pay online, you may just checkout as a guest. There are no fee's for doing this, we are charged the fee's for the processing. All major credit cards and all debit cards are excepted by Paypal.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

   A. Yes we offer free shipping on all orders of $20.00 or more, this is a standard 3-5 day delivery, we also offer 2-day deliver for an extra $5.00. Although some orders may require insurance in that case we will ship the item with insurance at our expense. Please note if you selected free shipping and the order is below $50.00 there is no insurance included, If you wish to insure the order select 2-day delivery. 2-day shipping has an automatic insurance amount of $50.00.

Q. My package arrived damaged what do i do?

  A. We do our best to insure your order arrives in the same condition it was sent as. If you should have a damaged package please do the following: Claims for Loss or DamageIf your insured mailing has been lost or damaged in transit, you may file an insurance claim: Online: Go to www.usps.com/help/claims.htm for information on USPS domestic insurance. By mail: Call 800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) to have a claim form mailed to you. Please contact us once you have filed the claim.

Q. I ordered and paid for product that required custom, graphics or personalized work. I approved the design can i get a refund?

   A. Yes and no, if you have approved a design that you requested but then decided not to except the order a $20.00 design charge is not refundable. Unfortunately this is time worked on the project. If you choose to cancel the order prior to printing the design you approved we will gladly refund the remainder. What is not refundable at this time is special order products that we do not normally have in stock, an exchange maybe offered. 

Q. I need to send a product back how do i ship it.

  A. All 2-day shipping includes a return shipping label included in with your Paypal purchase, if you do not have a paypal account that you placed the order thru you will need to contact Paypal customer support and they will guide you on getting the label. There is a charge for the label but Paypal will reimburse you for the shipping charges. If you do not choose to contact Paypal you will be responsible for the shipping charge.

Q. Are Custom Clocks refundable?

   A. Unfortunately custom clocks are not refundable. Every clock we receive is tested upon arrival, then when the clock goes into production it is tested again, once the clock has been finished it is then tested packaged and shipped ready to hang on your wall. FRY PAN PRODUCTIONS doe's not manufacture the clock or it's components we simply do the design work for the clock face graphics. If a clock should arrive not functioning, We offer one replacement at no charge within 2-days of you receiving the clock ( time starts upon notification from USPS that the item has been delivered). Please contact us prior to shipping it back.  Clocks must be returned promptly. Remember that there is a return shipping label available to you on your Paypal purchase.  For more details please see the custom clock product. We take pride in all products sold, we test them well before we offer them to the public so that we know it is a viable product, unfortunately we can not be held responsible for the manufactures reliability.
